Permanent Jewelry Policies
30 Day Warranty
All permanent jewelry are final sale and non-refundable. Permanent jewelry is a custom piece made specifically for you, once it's cut it's non-refundable.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our permanent jewelry chains. We provide a FREE reweld for any jewelry that has fallen off or has been removed within 30 days of purchase. If the permanent option is no longer working for your lifestyle, we can add a clasp for an additional charge.
Broken jewelry will be repaired within the 30 day warranty. After 30 days we are NOT able to offer a a replacement due to the nature of the wearers jobs or lifestyle being out of our control.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. If you choose to reschedule or cancel any appointment, we require at least 24 hour notice. Please send us an email to foreverlinkedatl@gmail.com or call us at (770) 921-0809.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may have their appointment canceled or shortened at our discretion to avoid delaying other scheduled guests.
Walk-in Appointments
We are appointment only and do not accept walk-ins for permanent jewelry services.
Scheduling in advance allows us to prepare your preferred chain styles and charms while providing the best possible experience. If you are looking for a same-day appointment, please call

Age Requirements
We do not put permanent jewelry on any person under the age of 12. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
Rewelds for Jewelry Purchased Elsewhere
We are happy to reweld permanent jewelry that was not purchased from Forever Linked ATL for our standard reweld service fee of $25. Please note that because we cannot verify the quality, metal content, or previous condition of jewelry purchased from another jeweler, Forever Linked ATL is not responsible for any damage, breakage, or failure that may occur during or after the welding process. By requesting this service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
