Permanent Jewelry Policies

15 Day Warranty

All permanent jewelry are final sale and non-refundable. Permanent jewelry is a custom piece made specifically for you, once it's cut it's non-refundable.

 

We offer a 15 day warranty on all of our permanent jewelry chains. We provide a FREE reweld for any jewelry that has fallen off or has been removed within 15 days of purchase. If the permanent option is no longer working for your lifestyle, we can add a clasp for an additional charge.

 

Broken jewelry will be replaced within the 15 day warranty. After 15 days we are NOT able to offer a replacement due to the nature of the wearers jobs or lifestyle being out of our control. Click here to book your re-weld appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. If you choose to reschedule or cancel any appointment, we require at least 48 hour notice. Please send us an email to foreverlinkedatl@gmail.com.

Lateness
Due to the length of this service, please plan to arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive to their appointment more than 15 minutes late and without prior communication are subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Walk-in Appointments

No-walk in appointments. Appointments are the best way to ensure that we have the jewelry materials in stock that you prefer, and will get you in and out in a timely manner. You must schedule an appointment through our booking website for permanent jewelry.

Limitations

Right now, we do not put permanent bracelets on any person under the age of 12. We ask that people aged 12-18 come with a legal guardian.
